When it’s time to create progress, interim and final reports in the Mobility Tool, KA Plus can generate detailed analyses of all aspects of your project. Dissemination, Impact and Quality Management are all covered with reports designed to accompany your entries and ensure positive feedback from your NA.

Not only are you managing your own activities, but you are also looking after all your partner’s outputs. For a small fraction of your PMI grant, KA Plus lets you make sure that everyone is focused on what they need to be, and that everything is being done as expected.
Amber IT Solutions staff will design and develop the back-end database where language tasks will be stored.
All partner's input from TM1 will be taken into consideration.
At least 3 different lanugage task types will be available within the 1st version.

Frequently asked questions
How is Key Action Plus billed?
Key Action Plus charges users monthly, on a per-project basis, for the duration of the project.
Project coordinators and project partners are charged separately. The project coordinator is charged €50 per month, while each partner is charged €15 per month, excluding VAT.
For example, if you are the coordinator on one project and a partner on two other projects during one month you would be charged a total of €80 for that month.
What payment options are available?
Key Action Plus is charged via credit card.
If you require a special billing arrangement, please contact us. We will evaluate alternative billing arrangements on a per-case basis.
How can I get support for Key Action Plus?
Everything you need to use Key Action Plus will be provided directly within the application through a series of tutorials.
In cases where you need additional support, you can always contact us via email at support@keyactionplus.eu.
We are also hosting webinars for our users where we will be going over the application in detail and demonstrating best practices.
What features does Key Action Plus have?
Key Action Plus is in continuous development, and we are listening closely to our users in order to solve all of their requirements.

What happens if a project coordinator or partner fails to pay their monthly subscription?
If a project coordinator or partner fail payment, they will not be able to access their projects untill all overdue payments are met.
All other coordinators/partners will be able to use Key Action Plus normally.
